In April 2019 Vanessa joined a networking group and met lots of new people in her local area. The previous coach in the group had a completely different target market so a few members were excited to meet a coach that could work with all sizes and types of business.
At the request of many of the members of the group Vanessa booked an event and in December 2019 ran her Quarterly Planning Day event for 20 business owners.
The week before, on a Group Call with other ActionCOACHes from around Australia, one of the team talked about a yearly program and how they had an idea to make it work for their clients and GrowthCLUB attendees. A light bulb went off for Vanessa and a new concept for Get Coached Coaching was borne.
GrowthCLUB
is an entry level program that can help you get moving.
What is GrowthCLUB?
A coaching program that includes, fortnightly group calls, workshops, planning days with all the members of the Group as well as and one to one sessions with Vanessa if you need it.
GrowthCLUB is a Community Membership with a yearly subscription (monthly payments)
Who can join GrowthCLUB?
This program is targeted at smaller businesses. There is a criteria which Vanessa will discuss with you at your FREE no obligation Business Assessment meeting
How does GrowthCLUB work?
GrowthCLUB is real hands-on strategic support. It’s about coaching, goal setting, education and accountability. This tight knit supportive group of Business owners work with each other and meet and share regularly to help you move your business forward.
What activities are included GrowthCLUB?
- Initial Business Assessment meeting with Vanessa
- Fortnightly Group Calls via ZOOM – Mondays 10am & 4pm
- Monthly Workshop when there is no Planning Day (Excluding January & December)
- Quarterly Planning Day – March, June, September and Late November
- Post Planning Day Sessions – one to one with Vanessa
- Group Dinners – January to start the year – December to celebrate together
- Private Facebook Group
- Access to Vanessa when you have a need for a call or an additional session
Many people believe coaching is expensive, GrowthCLUB is an entry level program that can help you get moving.
